Next Step Group

Next Group Bible Study creates an environment where young people and middle-aged adults gather together to share a meal, worship through song, pray, and study God’s Word using the Inductive Method.

In this group, members learn how to read the Bible carefully and faithfully. We begin with thorough observation of the text so we do not add anything to Scripture, neglect important details, or miss the context of the passage. Members are encouraged to leave no stone unturned in their investigation of the text. Strong interpretation depends on careful observation.

From there, we move to interpretation — seeking to understand what the text truly means — and then to application, where members are encouraged to apply the truth of Scripture to everyday life.

It is a dynamic, lively, and exciting time of discovery as we uncover what is actually in the text together. Many people are surprised by how much they learn through the Inductive Method.

Everyone is welcome to join. Everyone is encouraged to participate in a natural and comfortable way, never forced.
